For years I've been intending to make a video about how I edit my photos, and I finally did that in June. I have a super simple technique that is based on minimal number of tools, and making full use of the Tone Curve. You can do this with any editing software, and get great results.

Photo Zine For Foodies
This month's photo zine is focused entirely on a little patch of rural Australia, a farming region to the north of Melbourne called Daylesford. It's famous for great produce, great markets and some delicious treats. We share some winter light, and step into the art of photography through still life. Food photography is really just a form of still life, and it gives any photographer a chance to explore their craft in detail.

Leica Not Leica
My latest YouTube is all about the allure of Leica lenses, and whether it's possible to shoot like a Leica without actually buying a Leica. It was inspired by a fancy 50mm MF F0.95 lens from Brightin Star, a very compact Nikon Zfc, and an old fashioned Dymo label maker that made me smile.
Sony A7 IV Custom Settings
We have a new download for anyone using the Sony A7 IV mirrorless camera, with a handful of custom settings designed for commercial photography. The mode dial on the Sony has three big numbers, 1 2 3, each of which can be assigned to a specific drive mode and configuration for stills, video and S&Q. We'll have a video on this coming next month, but for now the basics are on my blog and you can download my setup to your camera.
